Dror Ortho Design, Inc. has developed an innovative AI-based platform that corrects smiles in a minimally invasive and pain-free manner using a patented aligner with pulsating air. The platform provides a seamless end-to-end digital solution for orthodontists, dentists, and consumers. Anyone can determine smile correction suitability with a smartphone. Dental practitioners can remotely monitor progress and modify treatment plans, eliminating the need for additional office visits.

The system’s advanced patent pending imaging algorithms create 3D digital models of the patient’s mouth from 2D cellphone videos that will approach the accuracy of intraoral scans using our machine learning based system. Custom aligners will be 3D printed for each patient, making our solution cost effective and highly scalable. The base technology was developed over a decade by a skilled team of twelve experts, including orthodontists, engineers, industrial designers, and dental technicians to correct Class 1 and Class 2 malocclusions using pulsating air. After extensive clinical trials, our solution received FDA clearance in 2020 that extends to treating adults as well as adolescents. The trials proved that by using pulsating air our solution was as effective as Invisalign but with enhanced blood circulation in the gums which allowed for smile correction in a more accelerated and pain-free manner than traditional aligner therapies. Over 300 patients and 40 doctors around the world have tried our first generation solution with successful results.

Over the last 18 months the company has developed its new Platform that enhances the proven clinical features of the Zsmile System, incorporating recent developments in artificial intelligence, secure wireless and Internet communications with IoT devices, and advanced imaging and 3D printing technologies.

While the first generation of our platform was cleared by the U.S. FDA for commercialization in the U.S. pursuant to the 510(k) as of the date of this presentation, the Gen II of our platform has not yet been cleared by the FDA.
